About our Bore Target Center Alignment System

MAURYA & CO (ISO 17025 : 2017 & ISO 9001 : 2015 Certified) .Bore target center alignment system is used to maintain centerlines of multiple large cylindrical units ,holes or bores such as reactors , extruder tube , crankshafts bore ,turbine or generator bores ,vertical pumps , gear boxes etc. The bore target assembly makes it possible to place an optical target exactly at the centre of the bore /holes  . our spider design allows for both half and full bore centre alignments . Our Bore Target Spider uses solid leg construction and sledge type feet to avoid leg sag . The solid leg construction along with sled-type feet allows our Bore Target spider perfect for difficult half-bore , full bore and vertical applications.

Two /Three bore Targets can be used to perform an alignment . One near and one far bore target define the reference centerline. Then, a third bore target is used as an intermediate target which can be moved to measure the desired bores against the centerline established by the other two. The bore targets can also be used to set a reference line of sight to verify the geometrical integrity of the associated mechanical components. Machine squareness, parallelism and concentricity are among the parameters that can be checked or aligned.
